Eastern Point Retreat House sponsors retreats of various types (e.g., Directed or Guided) and of varying lengths (e.g., Weekend, 7 day, 8 day, 30 day) year round.
The retreat house accommodates 38 retreatants.Â Â 36-single ocean view rooms (2nd & 3rd floor rooms have balconies) and 2 single rooms without ocean views.Â All rooms haveÂ private bathrooms. Bed linens and towels are provided.
Unless otherwise noted, retreats are conducted in an atmosphere of silence to foster one’s own prayer and out of reverence for one another. In keeping with this atmosphere, music is played with lunch and dinner.
Step 1: Find a Retreat

Step 2: Pre-apply
The director thoughtfully reviews every pre-application to ensure that the requested retreat is an appropriate fit for the applicant. Our goal is to make sure your retreat experience EPRH is the best it can be.
Step 3: Confirmation and Payment of Deposit
After your pre-application form has been reviewed, we will contact you by email or phone to let you know whether you have been accepted for your preferred retreat.
Upon acceptance, you will either receive a written acceptance either by email (if you pre-applied online) or regular mail with instructions on how to submit payment for your retreat.
Step 4: Final Payment
We encourage you to pay the remainder of your deposit two weeks in advance of your retreat. This will help us to keep the retreat check-in process efficient upon your arrival. If paying by check, please make checks payable to: Eastern Point Retreat House. Please note on the check which retreat your deposit is for. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Step 5: Arrival and First-evening Agenda
Please plan to arrive between 3:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. This enables the staff to prepare your room and for you to settle in with your luggage. Dinner is at 6:00 p.m. This first dinner is not in silence.Â General meeting is at 7:30 p.m.
